Come away.
Retreats are where all of it comes together — coaching, yoga, meditation, sound healing, and a spaciousness that’s hard to find in an ordinary week.
Something shifts when you leave your regular life behind for a few days. Not because of what we do — but because of the space we create to actually listen.
I’ve been leading retreats internationally since 2014. Every one has been different. Every one has mattered.
Big ideas, real impact.
Every retreat is different — shaped by the place, the people, and what that group needs. But certain things are true no matter where we are.
Luxurious, thoughtfully chosen accommodations.
Food that’s an experience in itself, often rooted in the place we’re visiting.
Views worth waking up early for.
Daily movement and daily meditation — the anchor of every day.
Group coaching alongside individual reflection, so the work happens both together and alone.
A real feel for the culture and perspective of wherever we are — we don’t just visit a place, we let it teach us something.
Optional outings and adventures for those who want them.
Genuine connection with the group — the kind that tends to outlast the retreat itself.
Real downtime. Space to rest, reflect, and simply be.

Coming Home to Yourself
A winter retreat for being, listening & becoming.
January offers a natural invitation to turn inward. Coming Home to Yourself is a long weekend in Asheville designed for exactly that — space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and hear what's already true. Yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound, rest, nourishing food, and time simply to be, held in a private retreat home with a sauna, hot tub, and two fireplaces to settle into.
Think of it as the pause before the year asks anything of you.

Peace Within: South Africa
Into the Wild. Into Yourself.
Imagine waking up on the Satara Plains, deep inside Kruger National Park — lion in the distance, stillness everywhere, and nowhere you have to be but here. Six days in one of the last wild places on earth. Morning yoga and meditation as the bush comes alive. Inner work that actually goes somewhere. Game drives at dusk. Firelight. Twelve people who came ready for something real.
The wild has a way of returning you to yourself. That's exactly why we're going.

The Art of Being Fully Alive
Being, Becoming & Living in Congruence.
Six days on a fourteenth-century organic farm in the hills outside Orvieto — where the pace of life slows down and something old and settled in the land starts to move things loose in you. Yoga, breath work, meditation, sound healing and a cooking class rooted in Umbrian tradition. Guided excursions into hilltop villages and natural hot springs. Real inner work, held by real presence.
Come to Italy not to escape your life — but to return to it differently.

Testimonials.
“My recent kundalini yoga retreat was a truly enchanting journey. As a newcomer to kundalini yoga, I ventured in with an open mind, not knowing what to expect. Amanda, our dedicated instructor, skillfully and compassionately guided us through our daily practices.
Her teachings, a blend of yoga and meditation, allowed me to connect with my inner self on both energetic and spiritual levels. I left the retreat feeling rejuvenated, profoundly connected, and spiritually open.
Right from the first day, a heart-centered community blossomed, forming one of the most memorable aspects of this retreat. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone to embark on a similar yoga retreat, and I personally can't wait for my next one.”

“Sometimes you have to go far away to find your way back home. My time with Amanda during her Italian yoga retreat certainly helped me find my way. Her mindful moments and encouraging words did not fall on deaf ears. I am carrying the messages, and honoring my body and soul as needed. Grazie Mille!”

“Amanda’s retreat was one of most amazing vacations that I have ever had. She is so warm and inclusive, and has a way of making everyone feel comfortable and seen.
The travel arrangements and excursions went off without a hitch. Her yoga and meditation classes left me feeling centered, inspired, and truly relaxed. She has a way of attracting the most interesting and lovely participants. I could not recommend Amanda’s retreats more. I will definitely be attending another retreat in the future.”
