Finding Your Voice:
An Experiential Mini-Retreat with Amanda & Glenda

Saturday, October 24 | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Durham, North Carolina
A gentle return to your voice, your heart, and your power.
Finding Your Voice is an intimate, experiential mini-retreat designed to help you reconnect with yourself, listen more deeply to your inner wisdom, and return to your own power.
Rather than simply talking about change, we will explore it through direct experience. Through yoga, breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, journaling, sound healing, vision boards, and supportive group practices, you’ll be invited into a deeper relationship with your body, your heart, and your authentic voice.
Embodied awareness is the lived experience of being fully present in your whole self and your life. It allows you to notice what you feel, recognize what you need, and make choices that are more deeply aligned with who you are.
Throughout our time together, you will be invited to:
Slow down and reconnect with your body
Listen for the voice beneath outside expectations and habitual patterns
Explore what may be keeping you from expressing yourself fully
Strengthen your connection to your heart, intuition, and inner knowing
Create a vision board to give form to what you are discovering and moving toward
Practice small, consistent actions that create meaningful and lasting change
Experience the support of a warm, compassionate community
This retreat is not about pushing, performing, or becoming someone new. It is a gentle return to yourself—a space to feel peaceful, relaxed, comfortable, connected, and more fully rooted in your own voice.
